I love open source software.  Its saving me so much time and the quaility of these software is top notch.  Kudos to all the open source programmers out there.

For this site, I’ve been looking for a good gallery program that I can intergrate into WordPress.  There were a lot of choices, but many of them didn’t meet my needs.  Either they were too bloated with useless features, or overly simplistic.  I came across two that I like: ZenPhoto and Plogger.  I’ve tried both of them out and I’m leaning towards Plogger.  Now the only thing left is intergrating it with WordPress.

I’ve also been working on a group blog for my friends and myself.  I’m trying set up a blog by email for that site to simplify posting.  I love the plugins available for WordPress that lets you do this.  I’m still trying to figure out what’s best, and I have to figure out stuff like Cron jobs, which I never dealt with before.  If anyone has any tips, let me know.
